Leveraged an emergency vehicle placement machine learning application to recommend effective placement of 8 fire bases and 35 ambulances over a 13-year period. Led a cross-functional team of 4 in utilising Tableau and TensorFlow to uncover trends in false fire alarm reports. Devised a recommendation engine detecting 43 anomalies in call centre system triaging processes. Executed exploratory data analysis for 12 projects across 6 departments, enabling data-driven decision-making to improve operational efficiency.

Developed data architecture models, PostgreSQL data pipelines and Power BI dashboards to enable manpower analysis. Published an organisation-wide SharePoint portal to effectively communicate data governance policies.

Designed and built a web application using React and Ruby on Rails to feature company optimisation models, using Postman and Selenium to create comprehensive test suites. Created and deployed a tailored map solution with OpenLayers and React to effectively communicate model outputs, enhancing the interactive experience for potential clients.

Organised and conducted training sessions on programming in Python and C, preparing club members to participate in various robotics and programming competitions. Played a pivotal role in planning and executing an annual club orientation camp, showcasing quick-thinking skills by improvising and implementing backup activities.
